_____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Komodo Returns & Exchanges Policies Thank you for purchasing your Komodo product! We at KOMODO have made every effort possible to assure your satisfaction. We use the best materials available and design each product based upon rider feedback for safety & comfort. Every product goes through a quality assurance inspection prior to shipping to ensure your satisfaction. HOWEVER, if you have questions, issues, or recommendations; we are ready to assist at customercare@komodogear.com. A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER: 1) Warranty – Komodo will warranty factory defects for up to 1 year. Komodo will only accept items with proof of purchase (original invoice) and will not warranty any product that has been crashed, abused or neglected. All items sent to Komodo for warranty work are subject to the approval of Komodo. Products that are covered under warranty are repaired on a first come first serve basis. Warranty repairs average 30 to 45 days depending upon time of year and work load. All products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped via UPS Ground direct to the customer at no charge. 2) Returns (requesting a refund) - All refunds must be requested through email at customercare@komodogear.com within three days of receipt of merchandise. In your email, include your Invoice number and the term, “RMA” with it. Items must be in new condition with all tags still attached and the original invoice must be included with the product. ALL returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee after the three day grace period. 3) Exchanges - All items for exchange must be in new condition with the tags still attached. The exchange must be made within 14 days of the original purchase; after 14 days all exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee. During the 14 day grace period, you may exchange your purchase for another Komodo product. All exchanges will be charged postage and handling fees.
