All domestic orders over $200.00 are shipped via UPS ground for free.  P.O. Box addresses are not valid for UPS.  Overnight services will be charged at regular UPS rates.

UPS is a daily service that picks up and drops off 5 days a week at our warehouse.

International orders via credit card are subject to proof of ID and are shipped at regular USPS rates. All APO/FPO orders are shipped USPS and are shipped at no charge.

Orders placed after 2:00pm CST will by shipped on the next business day.

Being factory direct means there is no middle man; the customer gets the best price possible.

This allows Komodo Gear to offer prices to the public that are below dealer cost!
Less overhead and lower pricing = means your dollar goes further at Komodo Gear for more riding.

 

Warranty, Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing your Komodo product! We at KOMODO have made every effort possible to assure your satisfaction. We use the best materials available and design each product based upon rider feedback for safety & comfort. Every product goes through a quality assurance inspection prior to shipping to ensure function and your satisfaction.  HOWEVER, if you have questions email us atcustomercare@komodogear.com.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:

1) Warranty – Komodo Gear is a true “factory direct” online seller. We do not mark up our products so we can appear to give discounts  or market services that are seldom requested.  Because of this fact, items returned for any reason must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.  Warranty repairs will be done in the most cost effective manner, such as zippers being sent out at no charge and the cost of replacement reimbursed at a reasonable rate.  Komodo Gear products are “high performance” in design and are manufactured to the highest standards of quality, which are backed by a 90 day warranty.  Warranty claims are subject to approval.
2) Returns/Exchanges - All returns and exchanges are requested via email @customercare@komodogear.com, and must be requested within five (5) working days from receipt of the merchandise.  All returns are subject to a 5% charge back fee.In the email state the reason you wish to return/exchange the item and your daytime telephone number. Items being returned, for any reason, must be in new condition, with all tags still attached. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return of the items and shipping charges will not be refunded.  Items returned after the five (5) day grace period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Items purchased after 30 days will not eligible for return or exchange.  Closeout items are sold as is.
All products covered under warranty/return/exchange require proof of purchase and are shipped via UPS ground.  Thank you in advance for your understanding as to the above policies. Your cooperation assures that you will be able to receive the highest quality products at the lowest possible price!

When returning a product, please include in the return box:

1)  Your name and phone number

2)  Order number (off of the invoice) and RMA # (on the outside of box)

3)  Reason you are sending the item back
